Jodie & Kyle wedding at Tower Hill Barn
In the morning I went to meet the beautiful bride Jodie who was getting ready with her bridesmaids and her parents. She was relaxing with her bridesmaids whilst they were all having their hair and makeup done. I was able to capture the moment Jodie opened her lovely gift from Kyle with the reading of the card which had her in tears of joy. These are the reasons why video is so important as you can relive those feelings again. Soon after Jodie was getting into her wedding dress and her bridesmaids were all dressed in gold. Once the bride was ready it was time to show her Dad what dress she had picked and he was speechless with how lovely she looked.
The groom Kyle was ready and waiting at All Saints of E Church, in Oswestry with his best man greeting his wedding guests as they arrived at the Church. We have the cameras set up at the front and back of the church to ensure we catch the walk up and down the aisle along with the all-important vows. We microphone up the groom and the registrar with wireless hidden mics to capture all the vows spoken. With the stunning walk down the aisle from the bridesmaids and the Bride with her Father, we were then treated to some lovely readings. With the couple soon married it was then a walk back down the aisle to the big red double Decker bus waiting for them outside.
Photographs at Tower Hill Barns
After catching the big red bus to their reception at Tower Hill barn the Newlyweds enjoyed drinks and canapes with the wedding party, family and friends. As the Photographer began to take the family portraits we took video clips of the happy couple and all their guests enjoying themselves in the sun and the guests laughing while playing games on the garden’s lawns. Our philosophy is to film in a natural, authentic way, and to allow the day to gently unfold. We went for a walk with the photographer and the bride and groom around the grounds of the rustic barns. This was to capture Jodie and Kyle who were super relaxed as a newlywed couple, full of fun and laughter. We put the Drone camera up in the air to get a birds-eye view film of the Wedding Venue. This is to show its lovely gardens and surrounding Welsh countryside to help tell the couple’s story of the day. Drone filming is included in all our film packages and is proving popular with our Clients. You can see in the trailer how elegant Jodie looked in her wedding dress walking the grounds of Tower Hill Barns with Kyle before their wedding breakfast.
Evening Reception at Tower Hill Barn
We filmed the emotion in words spoken from the speeches in the barn and it was soon time for the guests to go back outside to play games and have a drink before the start of the evening reception. As the day moved into the evening we caught a magical moment with the Drone camera as they stood on the railway bridge holding smoke bombs with the lovely Tower Hill Barns as their backdrop. The guests were all outside having fun watching each other take turns on the inflatable surfboard. With the DJ all set up inside it wasn’t long till the happy couple was cutting the wedding cake and heading to the dance floor for their first dance. With a video camera up high we can catch the first dance over the guest’s heads while filming the close-up shots from the dance floor itself. It isn’t long till the family and friends hit the dance floor to get the celebrations in full swing.
